Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lost Soul Clothing Co. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
Partial Refunds May Be Granted (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be considered in these cases:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Opened CDs, DVDs, vinyl, or other sealed media (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund officially posts
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@lostsoulclothing.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@lostsoulclothing.com with your order number and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift was shipped to the giver, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
